Rude, arrogant, threatening

I am totally disgusted with the rudeness and threatening manner in which I was spoken to by Theo regarding payment of my debt. Who is this guy, telling me I need to pay up immediately, talking over me, and just being downright rude and arrogant (do I owe you money directly, Theo???) He has absolutely no humanity or people s****s - we are in the midst of a pandemic and people are not receiving full salaries; so, Theo, do you expect to get blood out of a stone, when people cannot even afford rent and school fees, let alone food!!!!???? Have some compassion man!!!!
