Rude agents

Good day, my discovery credit card has been handed over to you. I spoke to a Beverly a few months a go and made an arrangement with to pay 200 a month. I forward all my details to her. Which I have instucted her to set up a debit order each month. Which she never did. After that a guy named Kennenth started to send me treating sms after I already made arrangement with Berverly. I started to make payment. And all of the sudden I received a summons as if i was ignoring my arrangement. I am on maternity leave not receiveing any income. I received a call from Kenneth this morning very rude not even giving me time to explain. Telling me he is sending the sherriff to write up my stuff. And rhe following sms : Natalie Your FNB Credit Card account refers. Judgment has been granted, The sheriff may be instructed to attach movable assets that belong to you. Urgently GL Inc ********** 000. Quote: DRR3798". As I still wanted to explain to him as soon as I receive my UIF I will make a payment. I just like to know is this how you treat the people and treating them with the sherriff????
