rude agent

I am appalled by the way I was treated by the agent and lack of information she had as I informed her of the conversation I had with the African bank rep I then asked to speak to the manager who then told me I have an attitude when I wanted to know why did African bank call me to make an arrangement.. All I wanted was them to sort it out with African bank and all I got was I have an attitude and no solution
