Report them to the Law Society of the Northern Provinces....only way to handle them

Dealing with this company is an absolute nightmare, they will only acknowledge what they send you and do not respond when you tell them they have done something wrong. They acknowledge the sms they sent me but not the telephone calls or multiple emails i have where i advised them of our arrangement. They drive up their costs with missed calls to your phone and duplicate emails as will be noticed on the bill statement they produce.

They agree interest rates and then within 6 months change the rates without your knowledge - knowing full well that the interest rates they provide is not the same as that for debt collectors!!!

After paying monthly without missing a payment I challenge the information they provide and am immediately sent a sms that they have fast tracked an account summons and judgement due to non compliance......so for disagreeing I am apparently non compliant, even though all payment promises were kept!!!

Considering how *********ly this company has been in dealing with me, I am writing this review to let others know that you do have further recourse against them.

I have requested information from the Law Society of the Northern Provinces, which GroenewaldLubbe Inc. is a member of. If they have treated you *********ly, google the Law Society of the Northern Provinces and Contact them on the telephone number provided to find out how to lodge a complaint of your own.

This is the only way that I believe that we can actually get this company to start acting ethically!!!
