Refuse to answer my emails and accept payment from me, but they keep debt chasing.

I have been trying to pay these people. They keep sending me debt collection emails and I keep emailing them back asking to make arrangements to pay. They haven't even provided a statement or an outstanding balance. It's now reached the point where they have emailed to say they will go to issue court papers in two days, but I keep telling them I want to pay!!!! I'm even willing to pay everything off in one payment.

I am not in the country at the moment and cannot call them. Their whatsapp system will not accept my chat request for some crazy reason.

I'm at my wits end. if this goes to court I will be forced to sue for damages.
