Refund for overpayment of Settlement amount

Mr Terblanche was given a settlement amount and a discounted amount. He mistakenly paid the full settlement amount instead of the discounted settlement amount. When contacting the company immediately and requesting a refund he was told that it cannot be done. In this day and age no one can afford to overpay an amount of R1 242.31 and not be refunded.
