Refund

I have a problem with Groenewald GL Attorneys Debt Collection. On the 22nd of December 2022 I accidentally paid my Partner's debt of FNB Smart device with them which got paid in September 2022 and was settled then. I have been calling their Offices to get my refund but they been transferring me from one consultant to another, the person who they referred me to at Finance is Christopher Khumalo. He promised my partner to sort this out but its been so long and it is Frustrating as no one is willing to help with this situation. I went to Capitec Bank to try get my refund and they told me they wont be able to assist as the account is untraceable. The Reference i used is PDA28217 and their account no ***.
