Proceeding With Legal Action While Payment Is Made
<p>I made a payment arrangement with the mention attorneys for a monthly debit order in 2015, which goes off monthly. Since tuesday i am receiving sms's that stipulates I am not paying , then when I phoned their offices the consultant confirmed that they have proceeded with judgement against me..... how do you proceed with legal action if payment is being received on the account?????</p>
