"prescribed debt judgement"
Goodday
Groenewald Lubbe has put a judgement against my name on an account I supposedly owe FNB ,i never received any calls nor emails from FNB or any debt collectors collecting any money owed FNB and now I am busy trying to apply for Vehicle finance I discover that I have a judgement against my name, I have not had any business with FNB since 2008 and the judgement against my name was placed in 2015, which makes it 7 years later which in any case makes any debt I have had with FNB "PRESCRIBED"
Help I need to take action against this.
