Prescribed Debt

Groenewald Lubbe debt collectors are accepting prescribed accounts handed over to them by FNB bank.

My credit card account was opened in the year 2003 and handed over to various debt recovery agents, before landing up with Groenewald Lawyers.

Judgement was obtained against me after 15 years and they also fail to answer why my name suddenly appears on the credit bureau for the first time this year but listed as judgement having been made in 2014.

They have absolutely no regard for the law and constitution when it comes to prescribed debt.

Please advise what action can be taken?
