Dear Sir or Madam<br> <br> Groenewald Lubbe debt collectors are accepting prescribed accounts handed over to them by FNB bank.<br> <br> My credit card account was opened in the year 2004 and handed over to various debt recovery agents, before landing up with Groenewald Lawyers.<br> <br> Judgement was obtained against me after 11 years and they also fail to answer why my name still appears on the credit bureau for the first time last year.<br> <br> They obviously have no regard for the law and constitution when it comes to prescribed accounts.<br> <br> Could you please advise as to what action can be taken?<br> <br> Kind regards<br>

Although considerable time and effort are spent by our firm to ensure contact with an employee of Groenewald Lubbe Inc is both a pleasant and professional experience, through training and implementation of conduct rules, the behavior of the employee in question is unacceptable. We confirm the incident will be investigated and the necessary steps taken to avoid a repeat of your experience.
