Poor service poor explanation poor everything

I would like to know how come my fnb revolving account is not going down, instead it's going up, no one is giving me a straight answer and Elize Peunic, just sent me a statement that I should look whereas I needed some explanation to make it easy for me to understand, now I'm paying more than a hand over that I was told the first day I received a call from her.you are *****ing people's money and telling us about interests but you don't even know how to explain those interests, I really am annoyed by the service and I ddnt ask for the sms nor the emails to be sent because judging by your reviews you also charge them sis!
