Phone calls and not answering e-mails

I had it with this company. Leareil is driving me nuts. I e-mailed her explaining my situation regarding payment.

She then tried to call me, unfortunately I couldn't take the call as I was in a meeting. I then asked her to rather phone me after 14h00 in the afternoons as my work situation doesn't allow me to take personal calls.

She simply ignored my e-mails and then called me @ 11:31 / 13:45 / 13:44 / 11:51 / 8:55 / 8:11, I can keep on posting the times she phoned. She then wrote me an e-mail that it would be in my best interest to take her call, as it would make me very happy. Needless to say she once again phoned me before 14h00. I have sent her numerous e-mails asking to phone me after 14h00. She just kept on calling without replying to my e-mail and then on Friday said she will call me at 15h00. I am still waiting for the call. I have tried calling her, but the phone just rings and rings.

This morning I answered the phone, as I was desperate to get this sorted, spoke to an agent and made an arrangement.

I now get a message from her saying I have repeatedly ignored her calls, and that I should phone immediately. Well I am waiting for the call, and I have answered a call, but this is how they treat people. I even called the number again today and e-mailed her, with no answer and no response.

I would really like to know what the news is, and what it is that would make me very happy. Please can you remove Leareil from my case and appoint someone who will respect my time. I know that when you ask not to be called during a specific time, as it would reflect negatively on your work performance, they are to respect that.

Can you please give me someone who say they will phone me at 15h00 and actually do it? Can you also please share the news with me, as it seems Leareil is very eager to share this with me, but then she doesn't phone as promised. Why can't she put it in writing. I have sent numerous e-mails, she doesn't respond to it. Only sends an e-mail saying she tried to call me to no avail. But if she called at the time I have stipulated then she would be able to reach me. She even phoned me at 19h50 in the evening, who does that?

Please I need an answer and I need to know how we can resolve this matter. I have kept my arrangement, I had a hiccup this month and explained it to her, but she is not doing what I have asked her.
