Pathetic at working together

Absolutely terrible people to deal with posing as a law firm, but actually just some call center type collections agency. I have two accounts which were handed to them. One which I had settled completely with the settlement discount provided. I have been asking for weeks for a paid up letter to no avail yet they are fantastic at sending you final demands for payments. Over and above this, I have told them multiple times that my name in their correspondence is not correct which they still have not had the decency to rectify. So I will no longer be liaising with them and will deal with the outstanding creditor directly. Curtis LeRoux you can send final demands until you are blue in the face. Until we are able to work together here, I will cooperate in the same manner as your company handles me. So far I have honoured the one account and then intended on honouring the other. Now I will be just as nonchalant as they are.
