Pathetic

I have made payment arrangements and all I ask is for an invoice with a list of payments made, however they never respond to my query and the only emails I received are threating emails warning me to make payment and advising that the last payment (if any) was made on the date paid and that I need to pay them again however all I want to know is the balance of what I owe and they can't even reply to that. You people have degrees and you can't even bother replying to an email.
