Paid up Nedbank credit card account closure on credit Bureau status.

I have closed and paid off my Nedbank Credit card and called and begged for almost 2 months for a paid up settlement letter, GL Attorneys have taken almost 2 months in getting back to me with the paid up letter, now they have still not cleared and closed the status on the credit bureau and added a further amount to my status, it has been a back and fourth with Nedbank and GL Attorneys i have called several times and no one knows what is going on Nedbank blames GL and GL blames Nedbank , now they are asking me to wait another 30days for clearance. i can not purchase a vehicle due to this pathetic service and no communication.
