Paid up letter

I was offered a discount and I aid as per our agreement . Now I am struggling to get a paid up letter. They have been calling me almost everyday and I have been raising the query with no luck. I have been communicating with Jeannette all along but after receiving my payment she been ignoring my emails. I spoke to several agent but still the matter is not resolved. Please send me the paid up letter and stop calling me for no reasons. I am tired of ur calls plus ur agents don't even do a pre-call analysis before talking to a client.
