Paid up letter
I had an account with FNB devices which I defaulted on payments due to financial problems and unemployment<br> My account was handed over to GROENEWALD LUBBE INC for collection. I made arrangements to pay which I was given a settlement amount. I paid the money and I sent them proof of payment. They told me I will get a paid up letter Sent before end of business. Till today im still waiting. I got an sms to say I still owe them and I call them to check and they said account paid up but I don't have proof which I need Asap
