Oustanding loan FNB

Was contacted regarding our FNB account. We had a payment arrangement and have been paying but the amount was too low. Roseline was assisting me, she was professional and kind. If all debt collectors was like this there would be much less outstanding debt :) After coming to an arrangement she mentioned a significant discount if I settled. Needless to say I made arrangements for this as it was definitely worth it. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HELP ROSELINE
