Ongoing harassment & threats of Summons

They don't even deserve any stars but for purposes of showing them up & making others aware of their ******* actions I will place the 1-star. Subsequent to my recent posting, Groenewald Lubbe instead of owning up to acting *******ly & ********ly they continued their threats & now threaten to issues Summons on an amount that is 5 times the original debt settled in 2015. This debt is 13-years old. What don't they understand either, that if there is indeed (but by means of a court order there is no outstanding amount) that the debt in accordance with Section 126B has PRESCRIBED!!! I have already reported this legal firm to the Legal Practices Council. They need to train the staff to understand & apply the law. In 13-years I have dealt with no less than 10 people. The latest and the current threats have been submitted by Roseline. I have dealt with the following in the past 10-years: JJ Pool, Jacky, Leirail, Caylin, Florence, Winnie, Lerato, Sibongile, Theo and now Roseline. ALL of these people have been notified in writing since 2015 that the debt has prescribed. But still they persist!! STOP the ******* & ******** activity Groenewald Lubbe or this ends up on radio with a class action lawsuit on your hands. You have been warned!!!
