Not honouring agreement / sitting on credit / lazy workers? TOTALLY *********** FIRM

Had an agreement in place to either pay full amount with halved legal fees or get a refund (on money erroneously paid into the account) and agree to a debit order for a certain amount.

The credit in the account has been sitting there for almost a week and Liezl from Groenewald said she has done all she can and FNB says they need to log the instruction on Sharepoint.

Groenewald, why are you not keeping the agreement and why are you not releasing my credit? I have phoned your offices every day for a week now and nobody seems to know what is happening. It was suggested that I speak to the director to get people to do their job. What a shame!
