Not happy with delayed service.

In February I was calles by Eugene to make arrangements to pay my outstanding FNB temp loan. I agreed to pay R350 for three months. End of May I found out that I overpaid GL Inc. So I phoned and asked Eugene if the overpaid amount could b deposited to my Capitec account as FNB froze my account. Eugene aaid the people who could authorise the tranfer to my Capitec account was FNB. Its been 2 weeks already I have been waiting for my money and I want to use it for transport this week. Please can I cannot wait anymore because no one is giving me feedback at all.
