None payment - although all payments are being made

I have been struggling for months. Today I received a letter stating they are starting the litigation process, according to them I have not honored my arrangement. This is nonsense _ I make payments every month directly into my FNB loan account. If I have to pay it into their bank account - they take more than a week to allocate the money and I have to pay the interest. I have said this to them over and over again. Now they threaten me with litigation. I would like to see how they are going to prove that I didn't make payments. They are useless. Leareill Williams told me it is because I made payments directly into my bank account - they should request a statement every month, if they did - they can see that my payments are up to date.
