No Reply and Want to Take Action.

Due to Financial circumstances (unemployment), I am with Debt Counsellors who has send the relevant Parties emails confirming my situation, for me who would like to have a grace period. Unfortunately, the Debt Counsellors, nor I have received any confirmation from GL Attorneys (Roseline - ***). Several emails have been sent and no reply received. And now GL Attorneys wants to send a Sheriff out to me. So, this is the new South Africa, right?
