No Clue
<p>I keep on getting harrassing emails and telephone calls from JP from Groenewald Lubbe.</p> <p>The first time this happened last year I asked them exactly what account this was about.</p> <p>I was told they were going to get back to me. Up until the telephone call this morning no one in this office can tell me what this is about.</p> <p>They never reply to emails and never answer their telephones.</p> <p>What an unprofessional office this is.</p> <p>A few moments ago I was again phoned by JP and told that my works email address did belong to me.</p> <p>Again I have no clue as to this line of questioning.</p> <p>JP told me there was default judgment granted and a warrant of execution has been issued</p> <p>When I once again asked him what this was about, he told me that I knew what this was about.</p> <p>Again I tried to tell him I did not know and again he overode me, to say well then they were going to issue a warrant. I have tried again to phone their offices without success.</p> <p>This is the line of questions and answers that have gone on since June 2016.</p> <p>I do not owe any money on any "late stage card" (This is the headings of the emails)</p> <p>If this is about an FNB card from 14 years ago , please be advised that this was paid via debt collectors and went to court. 8 February 2017 - And I am not even awarded the standard office reply.
This office and the staff are an absolute disgrace to this proffession.
When I tried phoning, the phone always goes dead when and if I get put through. Sometimes no answer at all.
Reading all the other reviews is now makes sense why this company does this. So they can add bogus amounts onto your bill.
It seems this company buys over prescibed debt and then bullies and harrasses you, without doing their homework first.
Is there anyone that can advise me as to what course of action I can take if this harrassment does not stop?

This email serves to confirm that a telephone call received from yourself yesterday 7 February 2016, was nothing short of rudeness.
As your company refuses to answer my questions regarding your "late stage card" email and what it is about, I request that you stop harassing me with emails, sms's and telephone calls.
Your emails ask for me to phone you, but you refuse to answer your phone or return calls.
If by any chance this is about a FNB card from 14 years ago, please be advised that this account was paid in full to debt collectors via a court appearance, and would now be considered a prescribed debt. I request that you take me off your list.
