Mr Kenneth Marks please learn to treat consumers with

I have 2 CNBC accounts handed over to GLA with Ref Numbers-DC51818 and DRR2810. After being harassed time and time again with emails from one Mr Kenneth Marks, I decided to borrow money to settle the smaller loan today for an amount of R6357.46. Instead of being thanked by Mr Marks for the payment, I received this email from him at 16:02 today

Please find balance below note that we have received your settlement payment on your other account our legal department is requesting 10% of the outstanding balance to be paid as from this month , please find attached statement.

.......Financial tracing may be conducted to ensure you are unable to make continued payments towards you FNB Credit Card account. Legal action may proceed should we find that you can in fact afford a payment arrangement. Contact GL Attorneys on ********** 103 to increase. DRR2810

I am so disgusted by the manner in which GLA treats consumers. Please, I humbly ask that you refer the remaining account of mine Ref Nr - DRR2810 from Mr Kenneth Marks to someone else who considers the rights of consumers and treats them in a respectable manner. I also ask that you please send me a letter stating that Account with Ref Nr DC51818 has been paid in full.

I am really disappointed.
