Money reverse

I have problems with this company. I paid up my temp loan last year, the lady buy the name of mpendulo tshabalala send me the paid up letter and written that I have paid up my temp loan. And the letter stated that they won't debit any money in my account. But it contunue they take it on the 3rd of this month againg, I keep calling this office. Today one guys shouted me, he ws soo rude.
