Making Unauthorized Payments Arrangements

i had failed to make payments on my temp loan with FNB and the matter was handed to GL Attorneys. i have been in contact with Jeanette Peterson from GL Attorneys who was pleasant and understanding. However, in my last communication with her, she was unaware of any payments that i had made and said that she would get back to me with the necessary information. But she did not get back to me and i cant reach her anymore. i have tried to email and call on many occasions to no avail. As of the 25th of May 2018, i had settled the amount according to my knowledge, but i am still receiving SMS's and emails regarding payments on outstanding values. in the latest email, that i received today, they want to deduct money from account on the 25th of June. but i did not authorize this. I phoned FNB yesterday to confirm my payments and they have stated that i do not owe any more money. this is extremely frustrating.
