Listed on ITC without relevant backup documents - Groenewald Lubbe Inc

Good day

I recently app**** for a house loan with my bank. It was declined due to a judgement against my name that was listed by Groenewald Lubbe Inc.

I contacted them and asked them to provide me with details as to why I have been listed. The guy informed me that I am no where to be found on their system, and I don't have a file with them either. On the 10th of July 2018 they said they will give me feedback. Up to this date, no feedback. How do you list someone on ITC without having details. According to the service provider, they never handed over my account either. The listing on ITC was made by Groenewald Lubbe. I want this matter resolved before the end of 2018, since their inability to sort out my problem and rectify it just isn't a priority to someone wanting to buy a house.

I will be contacting The Law Society if this doenst getter resolved within the next week.
