Lack of communication and not returning emails

I have emailed Bridget Schoeman and request for a settlement fee which i am entitled to receive if asking for it till to date she has not communicated with me.

Cannot use COVID-19 as an excuse because First email was send on the 24 March 2020 requesting that information.

its so wrong because i will be charged Extra. Already you are charging exuberant amount to people and you need to be reported specially when one has acknowledge the debts and paying monthly for it.
