Kenneth needs EQ training
Mark Kenneth was so rude to me over the phone even after I had asked him to call me back he continued to go back and forth with me ,I REALLY hope his superiors listen to that phone call.PATHETIC SERVICE!!!even on emails he is very *********** and unprofessional!!!!
