Keep getting smses account paid in april 2014

I keep getting very unprofessional smses from you stating that i have outstanding Dr Scholtz and de Jager account that needs to be settled... this was settled in April 2014 already. I have now over paid by R410 using the wrong Ref number, and although i have sent it to one of your agents i have not even received an email regarding that.<br> <br> Really think you should wake up!<br> Holding on for more than 10 min without someone answering the phone.. How can one do business like that?<br>
