Judgements on prescribe debt

********* practice. Obtaining "judgements" against prescribed debt. They have been reported for the same practices continiously, and all that happens is they respond with a "we will look in to the matter" then 3 months later they start again with the harrasment. How long is the council for debt collectors going to allow companies like this to manipulate the law and continue to harrasing people on prescibe debt.

When a consumer claims prescribtion, they always have obtained a judment on debt older than ten years. They claim to be representing FNB but I suspect they buy old debt and continue to attemt to collect. They email threats and refuse to accept a prescription claim.

The internet is full of complaints against them regarding simmular cases, and stll their is no end to their ********* practice.
