Judgement

<p>I had a credit card dept with fnb round about 2006 of which i was behind with and then when i recieve my bonus fnb legal department without consent took money from my account and payed credit card ,leaving me with not enough to servive thst month . Few years after the incident i recieve calls from groenewald lubb attorneys threatning to pay my fnb account .i told them i got no bussness with fnb i they must not phone me again off which they did couple of times that year a untill i egnore them . About 7or 8years after this incident i found out in 2016 ,when i was busy with vehicle finance ,i found out the was a judgement on my name from groenewald lubbe attorneys.</p> <p>If i owed fnb it will be precribe dept in any case . But according to me i dont owe the a cent .Fnb put me through hell and now groenewald lubbe want to claim money from me .its not fair .</p>
