Is GLA legitimate or a ****?

Is this a legitimate company or am I throwing my money down a put? I've asked for a detailed statement of accounts for the past month because when I requested the outstanding balance, it was the same as 2years ago. No movement despite m9nthly payments. When I requested the detailed statement, Nelani keeps saying she's waiting for FNB....makes no sense. How di you receive money on a monthly basis but can't keep detailed account of it??? Which Ombudsman do we report them to because this go against TCF and a whole history of FSCA regulations.
