INCORRECT INFORMATION PROVIDED - SOLD LIES

I spoke to Lerato on the 24th February 2020 at 16:49pm following an sms I received with a discounted offer for an account for my FNB Loan. She calculated a settlement amount that I needed to pay and once that has been received, a paid up letter was to be received. An amount of R1626.91 was then given to me by the above mentioned lady in which a payment was done on the 27th February 2020. Three days later I received an sms confirming that they have received payment and I should call back to make further arrangement for the outstanding amount. That puzzled me and I immediately called the Groenewald offices to seek clarity on the said matter. I requested to speak to Lerato and with numerous attempts and leaving a messages for her to call me back, Till this day I have not received a call back from her and NO PAID UP LETTER RECEIVED. Since the call was voice recorded , retrieve the conversation and have this sorted. My reference number : SWPT27649
