These people are ******. I diligently pay my account every month. I agreed to increase the amount 10 months ago, and have been paying accordingly. So they contact me, threatening me with legal action. I tell them to get lost, now these idiots tell me ve been paying the same amount for 12 months. And to add to this they decide that they are just charging me R900 and something for them to contact me when there is no need and to threaten me. they are ******. They don't know what they are doing, and they just make up charges for no reason, I am cancelling my debit order and then we can go to court.
