******* judgement placed on me

This company put a judgement on me in 2017 even though I had an arrangement with them since 2014 and never missed a payment. When I asked for the judgement papers they had "served me" at an address I had not lived in since 2015 and they knew it, they have admitted that they did it wrong and the judgment is not valid. For a month now Kris has been telling me they waiting on a court date to have it removed and has admitted in writing it is an ******* judgement. Now when contacting them I get no reply. They have ruined my credit for years now, cost more me in insurance amongst other things, and have *****ed up my life for the last 3 years yet seem in not haste to do anything about it. I will take legal action is this is not resolved asap
