******* debiting and no response

I have asked Lerato to contact me and she hasn't. it looks like she has ***gy backed another account I am paying. she told me that she has taken over the account from farzanah yet I am paying twice for the "account" yet there are 2 different reference numbers. I only started noticing this as I got my internet banking back so I can go over my transactions. lerato still hasn't bothered to contact me after I asked for the permission I supposedly gave her for that debit. this is ********l.

I will be putting a stop on that account if someone doesn't contact me
