HARRASMENT & UNNECESSARY CHARGES ON ACCOUNT
<p>I don't understand why your company harrases people by phone & sms’s if you pay your debt every month (never missed one payment) & then still has the audasity to charge you for the phone calls & sms’s, R 210.90 in the last 11 months. It really isn’t a lot of money, but how many other people are you doing the same thing to. Not to mention the threat of starting legal proceedings against me. For what, paying my account on time? And when you e-mail & ask for an explenation, you don't get a response.</p> <p> </p>
