HARASSMENT TACTICS

Kenneth Marks hasnt got a clue. Groenewald Lubbe refused to be part of my debt review. The insisted on payment of R500 per month on both accounts which I have done every single month.

Some months I make my payment early. Well then they believe that they can adjust my due date regardless of when I get paid.

The harassment is relentless. Kenneth now send threatening emails which I really will not be intimidated into.

I have correspondence accepting the offer and that they way it will be.

This company is charging ******* amounts for calls, emails etc which they never sent. When questioned about these costs, they dont respond.

Matter for Credit Ombudsman to look at. Clearly the staff working for this company dont have a clue what they doing
