Harassment and ************

I have made an arrangement to make monthly payments. I received a confirmation email with regards to this. Today I have received multiple messages and attempted phone calls telling me to contact Groenewald Lubbe. Once I had made contact I was told if I have not authorised a debit order to be loaded (which was not mentioned in the original arrangement) by 12:00 a warrant will be issued. When I said this was not the original arrangement, and that I will not be able to complete the form by 12:00 (I suggested latest tomorrow) she became very aggressive and argumentative and said that I have been ignoring their attempts to contact me. I have not had any attempts to contact me since the arrangement email until this morning. It is now 12:30 and yet to receive the debit order form<br> <br> Basically the bullying tactics are unacceptable and stressful - as lawyers you should know you are not acting within the law and stop your aggressive behavior towards people who you think do not know their rights. I have also not received any response to my mails since this phone call - seems like you would rather spend your time/money making threats then actually resolving issues
