Groenewald, Lubbe’s Bongiwe Yani is very rude

I’ve been paying my outstanding account that has been handed over to this company for collection every month without fail in most cases at double the agreed amount.

My only issue with them is the relentless calls and smses that often pose all sorts of threats and so on.

I have asked them to please refrain from bombarding with such communication asking after payments a reminder is ok in the form of an sms.

2ndly the people that represent this business the collections agents are very rude and I find that highly unnecessarily because it bothers on blatant disrespect.

Please take to task Bongiwe Yani whom I had the displeasure of conversing with this morning between 7:50 & 7:59.

This lady is in dire need of a lesson in etiquette...when I pointed out to her that she needs to please advise the company she works for to stop calling me all the time as this constitutes harassment...she rep**** by asking me if I know that I’ve been handed over ...I found that to be down right stupid before the actual fact that it’s boderline disrespectful.

I went on to try and explain that it is not allowed under the law to harass people in the name of collecting debt to which she rep**** with a scoff saying oh is that so ....

Look guys please train you agents to talk to people properly and also one sms a month is enough...you don’t even need to call....I’ll pay
