Two weeks back, spoke to Winnie, i phoned to get my balance of my FNB credit card, was told that it was R900ought, with my debit of R550 being deducted on the 26th October, my balance will be R300ought. I phoned them today, just for Caylyn to tell me that my balance is R700ought, but can pay R390 to close my file with compromise. When I asked Caylin to put me through to Winnie she told me Winnie will tell me the same thing. So now I feel I will be paying this for the rest of my life because the total keeps changing.
