Groenewald Lubbe terrible service !!

<p>I've been trying to contact Groenwald Lubbe attorneys/debt collectors in order to enquire about my outstanding balance but Oh my goodness! I select my voice prompted option to be directed to the desired department only to be cut off, then I eventually get through but then its the wrong department....the consultant (who I can hardly hear because of the poor line on their side) transfers me, only for me to lose the line again. I then procceeded to try twice more but still cant get through.</p> <p>I even tried the contact numbers on their website, but they dont even work!! It rings, but its like the person on the other end is putting the phone down on purpose. How the hell am I supposed to get hold of this people to get my outstanding balance, if I am finally looking to settle !!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
