Groenewald Lubbe, stop your ******* practices

Many, many, many years ago, in approximately 2004, I ran into financial trouble and was unable to pay my credit card debt. I had a judgment brought against me. This debt has now LONG prescribed and no longer reflects on my credit reports.

The debt has now been bought by Groenewald Lubbe who harass me daily for payment, which is *******.

I have made some enquiries and wish to share my findings.

1. FNB sells their debt to ************ agencies who use bullying, harassment, lying and ************ to try to collect on debt that they have bought at a very, very low price. 2. It is ******* for debt collectors to collect or even attempt to collect on prescribed debt. 3. If you wish to complain to the ombudsman you are wasting your time, they do nothing. If the debt collection agency is registered with a law society, complain to them. Groenwald Lubbe states that they are registered Law Society of the Northern Provinces, so put in a formal complaint to them. I have done so against Groenewald Lubbe today, and I am trusting that they will deal with this issue and stop this company from acting *******ly.
