Groenewald Lubbe has broken my will

As I type this message I can confirm that Groenewald Lubbe has destroyed my will to live. For two years I have been paying my FNB account and have not had an issue with them. Just recently on the 24th of February I received an email from them thanking me for my perfect payment record. I have received a few to date. Now things are going pear shaped, I am receiving threatening messages and emails, final demands and being told that I have not spoken with them. However since the 8th of March, I have emailed them 5 times, did their Whatsapp chat where again I was thanked for all my payments and to "Keep it Up" And still just received 2 emails from them today one being a "Final Demand" and a sms that reads "Dear Mrs××××× You have ignored our previous warnings. Summons may now be served and the full amount on your FNB Cheque Revolving Loan Residual account will become due, owing and payable. Act now to avoid additional cost and listings, contact Shalinia on *** / *** quote ×××××× I tried the number no success. I have no idea how to proceed and now I must stress that they are going to ruin my career that I have worked so damn hard to pick up through lockdown and even getting Covid myself and I still paid my FNB account. The only option/solution I can see is to wrap up my business, declare myself insolvent and quite frankly. Give up. My life can't hang in the balance by call center agents who on any given day can be in a bad mood and feel like taking it out on me.
