Groenewald Lubbe, harrasment and lies!!!

This company is an absolute disgrace! they just threaten you and lie about everything. I have not stopped receiving e mails about legal action due to my FNB credit card account being taken over by them.

The rudest lady on the planet, Patricia Louw is my account rep unfortunately and she keeps sending mails saying ive ignored all means of contact by them when in fact have responded to every single mail! I called her out on it and surprisingly didnt get a response back except for more harrasment.

I am now refusing to deal with them and her and will go back to discuss this matter with FNB. FNB as a well established bank in south africa should be careful who they do business with.

Absolutely shocking customer service, pathetic!
