Groenewald Lubbe creating bogus calls and over charge legal nor collection fees

Groenewald lubbe attorneys at it again. I have been charged for non existing calls, email,sms and summons on my account which i'm paying every month. FNB seems to be colluding with these attorney's in their operations to loot us. My account was handed over to them by FNB, they created bogus 116 calls and 86 sms and 10 summons charges on my account. They charged me 48 File upload charges that i got nothing to do with it. Charged summons which they never send out. Account handler is Debra who always not available but keep charging my account. They de*****ing me and FNB collude with them. Charging exorbitant costs more what is allowed to be charged when collecting money for debtors. Biggest problem they seems not to be submitting all instalments paid to them.
