Groenewald Lubbe Attorneys bad service

This company is the worst. i had a temp loan of R4500 with FNB and the account was handed over to Groenewald Lubbe Attorneys. I settled the account with discount, it has been over 2 months since i've been requesting a paid up letter and no one can assist me. every time i call i get empty promises or they just hang up. the account still shows at ITC and it ruins my name. there has to be somewhere where we can turn to.
